MJ is a guide trained and certified by the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides & Programs. She is mostly retired from over 20 years of climate advocacy, but continues to advocate for protection of our climate, forests and oceans. Guiding participants in nature and forest therapy walks allows for all of us to spend more time outdoors while savoring the practice of slowing down and deepening our relationships with ourselves and our surroundings.
